I agree with a lot of what he says. The scientific concept of ecology is transmuted, in the debased conversations of the 'enlightened' classes of the West, into a new religion, which allows the dualism inherent in our more primitive human thinking patterns to carry on in the usual destructive way. Systems thinking, the truly useful way of understanding our predicament, remains impossible.
His description of love strikes a strong chord with me too — such has been my experience.
